Leveraging Shopify Plus’s enhanced B2B functionality, AMR added improved search and filtering options to its wholesale store, allowing buyers to quickly narrow down search results and view products with B2B pricing and incentives.

AMR also utilized Shopify QL Notebooks, a data intelligence tool, to optimize its checkout process and enable ongoing customizations based on customer behavior insights.

The Results

With Shopify Plus, AMR tripled its sales, benefiting from the improved reliability and significantly faster page load times. Customers now spend more time on the site, add more items to their carts, and increase their spending.

Additionally, B2B customers now find it easier to locate products and move through the checkout process, leading to a notable rise in average order value for wholesale transactions.
